Hi. I am Michael Harper, and I want to be your realtor.

If you are considering buying or selling a home in Woodland Park, Colorado or anywhere in Teller or Park counties, not only do I want to be your realtor, I believe you want me to be your realtor. Why?

I live, work, play, and worship here. I’m a long-time resident of this beautiful area and am deeply involved in the community. Professionally, I been in the home market here for over a decade–first as a builder then as both builder and realtor. When we work together, I will bring my network of professional services and experience to you to produce a positive and successful real estate transaction.

Are you looking to buy a home? Let’s talk. Once I understand your needs, I’ll know where to look and how to help you find the home you want in the price range you can afford. I have a variety of full service mortgage options on standby, and can help you take advantage of any of the available federal loan, tax credit, and mortgage assistance programs.

If you are selling your home let’s get together and talk about that too. I’ll help you price and stage your home for a quick, satisfying sale. I have a network of proven and trustworthy professionals to assist you with everything from appraisals to last minute repairs and “curb appeal” services that will help you catch the eye of that prospective buyer and get what you are asking from your home.

Regardless of your goal, my goal is to make your Woodland Park and Teller and Park county real estate experience one that is satisfying, profitable and, even fun.

I’m Michael Harper, and I want to be your realtor!

First Time Home Buyer Credit Extention Possible

First Time Home Buyer Credit Extention Possible

The National Association of Realtors and The National Home Builders Association have both been lobbying for extention of the First Time Home Buyers Credit of $8000. Becaause of the tremendous success of the program, and a delayed action by buyers actually taking advantage of the tax credit, an extension of the program is being sought to give remaining qualified buyers the opportunity to use the program.  However, no decision has been offered to date by Congress.
